Tea set @ Tea Saloon by Another Fine Day

受到女王(?)號召, 出席Wonder Queen 的私人聚餐。

地點選了中環的Tea Saloon by Another Fine Day。

用餐時間為下午4:30 - 6:30 茶架分兩款, Ladies 的和 Gentlemen 的。

Ladies 的甜點比較多, Gentlemen 的則咸點比較多, 份量相若。



Menu 如圖:

我點了的是Ladies Tea Set。最頂層是scones, 中間層是pastries and sweets, 底層是sandwiches and savouries

食物評價如下:-

Mini Popover filled with Black Truffle Cream Cheese: 就是右手邊的那個, cream cheese 的味道很好。

Black Truffle Prosciutto & Manchego Cheese Panini: 前面右手邊那個, 麵包不特別好吃, 但夾著的cheese 和 prosciutto 卻十分好吃!

Tartlets - Egg Mayo with Smoked Salmon & Creamy Forest Mushroom: 這個在說後排的那幾個tarts。一口一件, 不錯的味道。

Rose Scone with Clotted Cream & Homemade Rose Petal Strawberry Jam: 這間的scone不特別出色, 標榜著的"rose"也完全吃不出來。而且scone本身好硬, 沒有鬆軟口感。

French Macaron: 很普通的馬卡龍... 雖然樣子是粉紅色的很可愛, 但只記得好甜。

Glass Pot Dessert: 底層前面的綠茶甜品。綠茶味的醬很濃郁, 蛋糕本身不特別好吃。

Seasonal Tartlet: 就是一件普通蛋撻, 一口size的。

Mini Cupcake: 實在是覺得這間的甜點不特出, 一味得個甜字。

Beetroot chocolate brownie: 這件不錯, 可能我本身喜歡吃朱古力的原故。

Sweet Surprise: 不知道是在說那隻天鵝還是說旁邊座啡色小山。無論哪樣, 都不好吃。

感覺這間店的咸點比較出色。

店子也不小, 客人差不多全是女生, 同枱的朋友說, "想不到有人會比我們更加嘈。"

One of my friends wanted to try this tea saloon for a long time.  Because of this, we organized an afternoon tea gathering with the theme of Wonder Queen. 

The tea saloon named "Tea Saloon - by Another Fine Day" which is located at Central, Hong Kong Island.  The tea set menu has two options, one is the ladies set and the other one is the gentlemen set.  The ladies set has more pastries and sweets.  Please refer to the menu shown above.
